Welcome to Namaste Austin!*

Yoga is a way of life.  We find this way through the physical practice of the poses, the awareness of the breath, and the peace that they both bring to the mind. Through it all we find a smile.

This is a word from the ancient language of Sanskrit. It is used at the end of each yoga class.

In Sanskrit it means, "May the Divine light in me bow to the Divine light in you."

In modern Hindi it means, "Greetings!"

In Texan it means, "Howdy!"
